Deceptive cure by illusion. Man told that he can be cured only with blood of his own child. He is made to believe that the child is killed. When he learns that the child is still alive, the excess of joy cures him False Paradise. (The Old Man of the Mountain.) Potion is given to dupes who are led into what they believe is Paradise.
